One of the hottest days of the year and our air conditioner quit working. Looked up air conditioner repairs and started reading reviews. Loyal Plumbing had by far the best and the most positive reviews, so I gave them a call. They were here within 4 hours from the time I called. Craig went right to work to evaluate the issues. Once he was done with that, he gave me the estimate, which I found reasonable, so gave him the go ahead. After the work was done, he came back and gave me more info to maintain my unit to get the best life span out of it and brought to light a program they offer for yearly maintenance. I paid right there with my credit card and he was gone. Maybe 45 mins total from start to finish. I also enjoyed talking about the many things happening these days that just aren't the way they used to be. I would recommend Loyal Plumbing to anyone needing an honest, professional, and reasonable heating and cooling technician. Thanks again! 👍

WOW! My AC went down and a friend called Loyal for me. (The company he uses.) Stephen McIntyre was the tech who came to do the work. Can't tell you how impressed I was! He was the absolute nicest young man! VERY professional with rare work ethics! He had the problem nailed down and fixed in 15 minutes! He recommended surge protectors to prevent it again, which I will do. I will also be joining their Service Membership. Very professional and explained the issue with my air conditioner unit and gave me several options.
