Amanda came to unplug my sink that was backing up into my second sink and my dishwasher. The dishwasher turned out to be a big problem, but she stuck it out until she found the solution. She also cleaned out both of my sinks, which I wasn’t expecting but truly appreciate. I did a load of dishes in the dishwasher afterward, and there were no issues.

Plumbers had to redo a drain line in the basement that had been done very badly by the previous homeowner. This involved jackhammering up concrete to access the faulty pipe, so it was a very involved process. Both plumbers that worked on the project were very thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. Will even check back as to status of melt-down. Even in the windchill examined the inspection riser pipe, found broken pipe cap with snow down in drain pipe.
