Mark and his employees are above exceptional. I called them about a backed-up sewer line in my mobile home, and they came in no time. They assessed the problem right away, and found that my sewage line underneath was frozen, so they put a couple of heaters under the mobile home. They charged me nothing for the call since there wasn't anything they could do until the line thawed. They came back later and ran a camera and a snake through two of the lines that had the problem and charged me a very small nominal fee, besides having Mark the owner and three technicians working together on the problem.
I am very, very satisfied with Loyal Plumbing and they will be the only plumbers I will ever use.
