When I said I was pretty sure something went down the toilet and I did not want it pushed further in, he proceeded to lift the toilet off and look. Sure enough, he found what was causing the clog. Had he just pushed it through it could’ve clogged a lot more further down. The toilet is working properly now thanks to Robert.

Brendan (sp?) arrived promptly and identified the issues with two toilets in my home. He left briefly and returned with replacement parts. The job was completed in a timely manner. He was diligent completing the repairs, making sure the 'thrones' were working correctly again. It was so great to call, have someone answer, and be able to make an appointment. That sounds silly, but the struggle was real finding a plumber to return a call. Brandon was the plumber who came to fix my toilet. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I'd highly recommend!

Drew came Friday. Even though they came out on Tuesday and supposedly fixed my problem, it showed up again on Thursday. He snaked out again and recommended that I get a new toilet. He said otherwise they would have to continue to come out and snake it when it happened again. He said he thought it was because there wasn’t enough pressure to push things through. Someone is coming Monday to install a new toilet. They are charging me $300 for the toilet and another $324 for installation and service call. I checked prices for an American Standard toilet and none of them were that expensive. Drew explained all of the reasons why and what he had done today. Since I am buying a new toilet through them, he did not charge me for what he did today. I appreciate that.
On 4/22/24, Brandon and another gentleman came, measured around the toilet space, the other worker went to get the new toilet and Brandon took the old toilet out. When the new toilet came, they carried it into the house and installed it. Asked me if I wanted clear white or clear caulk. They finished and left leaving no mess. I paid the second half of the payment. Brandon told me there is a 1-year guarantee if I have a problem.
